Welcome to BearSupplies.co.uk, the new and rebranded website of BSB Bear Supplies.

I’ve been making Artist bears under the name of Bearly Sane Bears for over 20 years and my bears have travelled around the world as far as Japan and Australia and have featured several times in Teddy Bear Club International and Teddy Bear Scene.

Always looking for something different to bring to the market, I began hand-dying mohair about 9 years ago and this led onto selling my excess mohair to fellow artists and so this new journey began. Delighted by the success I was having, I progressed with sourcing a variety of different mohair’s including Schulte and Hembold.

Over the years I’ve managed to source quality supplies such as joints, eyes and tools which I began marketing through eBay, Facebook and direct to teddy bear makers and enthusiasts at bear fairs and shows around the South West as an addition to my bears. Now this ‘side line’ has allowed me to commit full time to the world of teddies!
